At Bride with The A Game, we want every bride (and bridal party) to feel confident and excited about her purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and custom reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Personalized or custom-made items

Jewelry and hair accessories

Lingerie and shapewear

Clearance or sale items
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size or color (if available).

If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank/credit card provider additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days with photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly at no extra cost to you.
Store Credit

For eligible returns, you may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credits never expire and can be applied to any future purchase.
