At Bride with The A Game, we want every bride (and bridal party) to feel confident and excited about her purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and custom reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Jewelry and hair accessories

  • Lingerie and shapewear

  • Clearance or sale items

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size or color (if available).

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank/credit card provider additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days with photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly at no extra cost to you.

Store Credit

  • For eligible returns, you may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credits never expire and can be applied to any future purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at đź“§ [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

  3. Ship your item(s) back within 7 days of approval.
