Shipping Policy

At Bride with The A Game, many of our products are thoughtfully handmade and prepared with care. As a small business, processing times may vary depending on demand.  we take pride in delivering your bridal essentials with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Current processing times range from 7–10 business days, depending on product availability and order volume.
Up-to-date processing and shipping timelines are always listed on our home page.

Please note:

  • Processing times are business days only

  • Weekends and holidays are not included

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery within:

  • 3–5 business days for domestic (U.S.) orders

  • 1–4 weeks for international orders

All orders ship in our luxurious Bride with The A Game packaging — glamours mail, always 💌

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been dropped off at the Post Office, Bride with The A Game is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Delivery times are determined by the carrier, and we have no control once the package is in their possession.  We will provide the tracking number with each order.

Pre-Order Shipping Policy

At Bride with The A Game, some products — including select boxes and exclusive items — are offered as pre-orders. Pre-orders allow you to secure products that are still in production, being handmade, or curated especially for you.

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order means the item is not ready to ship at the time of purchase. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the extended processing time required to complete your item.

Pre-Order Processing Time

  • Pre-order processing times may range from 7–21 business days, and in some cases longer depending on demand and production timelines.

  • Estimated ship dates are always provided on the product listing and/or homepage.

  • Processing times are business days only and do not include weekends or holidays.

Pre-Order Shipping

  • Pre-order items ship once production is complete, not at checkout.

  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.

  • Once shipped, delivery estimates are:

    • 3–5 business days (Domestic)

    • 1–4 weeks (International)

Once your order is dropped off at the Post Office, Bride with The A Game is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

Quarterly Subscription Box Schedule

✨ The A Game Wedding Countdown Collection – Quarterly Edition

There are two ways to enjoy our quarterly box:

1️⃣ One-Time Purchase

Purchase a single box for the current quarter (limited quantities available).

2️⃣ Quarterly Subscription

Subscribe and receive a box every quarter according to  when you sign up and the alignment of your wedding date.— auto-renewed every 3 months  or pay in full upfront.

Important Dates & Shipping Schedule

  • Quarterly Box Start & Shipping Policy

    All new subscribers will begin with the Quarter 1 (Q1) box, regardless of when they subscribe, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

    Subscription Billing & Processing

    • Subscription payments are processed on the 15th of the month.

    • Once payment is successfully processed, the Q1 box will be prepared according to the quarterly schedule.

    • Subscription orders cannot be changed, skipped, refunded, or transferred to a different quarter once billing has occurred.

    Packing & Shipping

    • On the 22nd of the month, boxes begin packing and shipping.

    • Packing typically takes 5–7 business days.

    • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    Important Notes

    • Quarterly subscription boxes ship separately from all other store items.

    • Subscription boxes are custom-curated and produced in limited quantities; all sales are final.

    • Delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier once packages are dropped off.

About the Quarterly Box

  • Each quarter features a new bridal-inspired theme

  • Boxes include exclusive, limited-edition items curated for brides who show up with their A Game

  • Most items are exclusive to the box and will not be restocked (unless limited leftovers are available)

Each box includes:

  • A guaranteed mix apparel + lifestyle items

  • Accessories, keepsakes, décor, and surprise bridal goodies

  • Items vary quarterly and reflect the bride’s journey from planning to “I Do” and even the Honeymoon

Subscription Terms

Cancellations

  • If you cancel after a renewal has processed, that quarter’s box will still be fulfilled and shipped.

  • Cancellations apply to future renewals only.

Shipping Details

  • Subscription boxes ship separately from all other store items.

  • If you purchase a subscription box and other products together:

    • Non-subscription items will ship earlier based on current processing times.

    • Subscription boxes ship only according to the quarterly schedule.

  • Subscription boxes have separate shipping costs and are not eligible for free shipping promotions.

💡 Tip: To avoid shipping overcharges, we recommend placing two separate orders — one for your subscription box and one for other items. Any shipping overages will be refunded once your order ships.

Refund Policy (Subscription Boxes)

Due to the custom, curated, and limited-edition nature of our subscription boxes:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed

  • This includes missed cancellations or unused boxes
